Tideflex Mixing Systems

The new Tideflex  CheckMate Inline Rubber Duckbill Check Valve is ideal for backflow prevention and mitigation of odors

In outfalls, stormwater, CSO and SSO applications, the CheckMate’s™ custom-engineered design eliminates costly backflow from seas, rivers and interceptors.

CheckMate™ Rubber Duckbill Valves have very low headloss, which is especially beneficial in low laying areas.

The Tideflex CheckMate™ Inline Rubber Duckbill Check Valve’s 100% fabric and elastomer construction eliminates corrosion problems. Because the CheckMate™ is made with a unibody construction, there are
no components to catch debris, corrode or fail.

Tideflex Mixing SystemThe Tideflex Mixing System (TMS) improves overall water quality within finished water storage reservoirs by eliminating stagnation and stratification.

By filling and draining from opposite sides of a tank, the TMS ensures that all water is continually cycled. This eliminates the ‘last in, first out‘ problem experienced by most reservoirs which use a common inlet/outlet point.

Tideflex Aeration & Mixing SystemThe Tideflex Aeration & Mixing System has been designed to provide enhanced mixing and oxygen transfer through gas diffusion technology.

The two major categories for gas diffusion are:
- high efficiency oxygen transferring fine bubble and
- high mixing energy coarse bubble.

For anoxic mixing requirements the use of hydraulic recirculation systems utilizing high velocity discharge nozzles are most effective.

We provide systems utilizing each of these methods on their own as well as systems where these methods are combined to achieve the best aspects of each method type.

T-shape Tideflex Effluent DiffuserEffluent outfalls typically incorporate multiport diffusers that discharge effluent over a wide area though numerous ports. Providing a cost-effective means of achieving high initial dilution multiport diffusers minimize the impact of municipal and industrial discharges on the environment.

The Tideflex Effluent System prevents intrusion of debris, sediment, salt water & aquatic life into the outfall pipeline providing excellent drainage with low flows at the same time.
