ACCELABAR Flow Meter

Accelabar is an unique Flow Meter that combines two differential pressure technologies to produce high accuracy at flow ranges up to 65:1.

The Accelabar Flow Meter consists of a unique toroidal nozzle design and a Verabar averaging pitot (see below).

The nozzle has a patented straight run 'settling distance' that accelerates, linearizes and stabilizes the velocity profile sensed by the Verabar.

The Verabar average pitot located within the nozzle accurately measures and significantly increases the differential pressure output to increase the operating range (turndown).

Applications: gas (natural gas, methane, nitrogen, air, mixed gases), liquid (liquid propylene, condensate, chilled water, hydrocarbon liquids, feedwater) and steam.

No straight run requirements!
