Q: What is the cracking pressure of Tidefex Check Valve?

A: 25mm to 50mm of water column over invert of pipe. Normally will drain a pipe completely.

Q: What types of (Tidefex Check Valve) rubber are available?

A: PGR, Neoprene, Buna-N, Hypalon, Chlorobutyl, EPDM, Viton,etc. Tideflex® Check Valves can be fabricated to withstand nearly any fow media. Most common are Neoprene and Buna-N.

Q: Do I need to have any experience with ultrasonic flowmeters if I want to buy a F601 flowmeter?

Q: I am looking  for a replacement for metal flap gate valves. What do you suggest?

A: Tideflex check valves are excellent replacements for the metal flap gate valves. Tideflex valves will not warp or freeze and are virtually maintenance free. They will handle large obstructions without jamming, and there is no gate to hang open. read more here >>

Q: How do I go about organising an on-site measurement of gas flow?

Q: I would like to have the heating system in a large building optimized. Is this a service you offer?

A: Yes, Our FLUXUS® BTU Thermal Energy Meter will display the actual energy flow through the system, and if needed, totalize the heat flow in order to obtain the energy quantity. read more here >>

Q:Can I safely use FCI thermal flow switches and meters in hazardous (explosive) gases?

A: FCIs Thermal Technology is safe to use in near all flammable and explosive liquids and gases, including Hydrogen. Both flowmeters and switches are ATEX rated EExd, please ask for relevant certificate.
